Brive

Description

Brive is a region characterized by gently rolling forested hills and wide lush green fields. On a clear day, if one can obtain a suitable vantage point, the shining white walls of Perdan City can be seen to the north.

The area has long been a breadbasket for the kingdom and its scenic fertile lands feed many of the country’s citizens. As such, the area is known for its many small farming communities. Brive’s martial traditions, though strong and long standing, are lesser known but equally as important; many excellent soldiers and archers are trained locally to protect the realm.

After the cataclysmic eruption at Chaos Temple and devastation of the Kalmar Islands, the subsequent shifting of the coastline saw a sharp decrease in traveling maritime craftsmen. The change gradually transformed Brive into a landlocked trading center supported by talented local artisans. This has resulted in a marked decrease of news from faraway lands.
